Atomic Learning

Filed under: Blogging in the Classroom — margoburns @ 9:52 am

AtomicLearning, an on-line video tutorial service, has some great help for using WordPress.  It does require a subscription to see more than the first video, but the “Web 2.0 Workshop” videos are all free. It’s done by Vicki Davis, a teacher in the USA who cofounded the Flat Classroom Project with Julie Lindsay, currently teaching in Bangladesh.  They are also involved in the Horizon Project, “a collaborative global project between classrooms in diverse geographical locations.”

  1. Hello,
you must be an angel sent down to us from the seven skies. You bang put your finger on the real heart of the matter, thanks .Am thinking of a 14-day trial subscription. Do you think it is safe. It is attractive indeed. The part I’ve seen is truly informative.

  2. I have been using AtomicLearning’s site for several years, and found it very helpful. I am going to be teaching a workshop in February on the new version of Photoshop CS3, and they already have tutorials posted to help.
